After 11 years of providing prenatal and postnatal fitness programs under the Fit 4 Two® brand as Fit 4 Two Winnipeg West, I’m excited to announce I am rebranding my business with a new name and look: Fit Together Pre & Postnatal Fitness.
Who We Are
When meeting the opportunity to choose a new name for my pre/postnatal fitness company, I was excited to have the chance to reflect on the values that have been important for me, our loyal instructors, and our keen participants – all of whom have been part of the success of these programs since 2009. Wellness, inclusivity and community are at the heart of what we do. ”Fit Together” speaks to the power of staying healthy with your baby or baby-to-be, alongside the friendly support of other young families.
What We Do
The focus of Fit Together is to provide approachable and effective fitness classes for pregnant women and postnatal Winnipeg families. We offer programs that span through all the stages of pregnancy and babyhood and provide continuous support and connection. Exercising should be fun and the best way we know to do that is to work out with other like-minded people!
Same Programs, Same People, New Name
Fit Together Pre & Postnatal Fitness will continue to run our well-loved classes such as Prenatal Fitness, Prenatal Yoga, Prenatal Aquafit, Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Barre, Mom & Baby Fitness and more under our new name at our regular locations such as Assiniboine Park, Nest Family Centre, the Rady JCC and more. Our team of friendly and knowledgeable instructors look forward to supporting local moms and moms-to-be to stay active through the unique time of starting and growing their family.
