Benefits include increased energy levels, reduced swelling and improved circulation, improved core strength, reduced lower back pain, and the fun of exercising with other pregnant women. Trust us, it feels amazing to be “weightless” in the water! Each Prenatal Aquafit class includes cardio, strength, core and stretching, all in a low impact pool setting.
All fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. This class is wonderful for everyone, and will be of special interest for women with pelvic floor discomfort, low back pain, pelvic girdle pain/ pubis symphysis dysfunction (SPD), and joint injuries. All instructors are certified pre/postnatal fitness specialists.

This program runs year-round with start dates in January, April, May, July, September and November.
