Experience a more energetic pregnancy with our Prenatal Barre class. Each Prenatal Barre class includes “ballet inspired” strength, stretch and core work set to fun music, all designed for pregnancy. Benefits include improved flexibility and posture, reduced aches and pains, more energy, less risk of pregnancy complications, increased motivation due to exercising with other pregnant women, and more. All fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. All instructors are certified pre/postnatal specialists.
Online prenatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
