Amy brings a warm, grounded, and motivating energy wherever she goes. As a Certified Wellness Coach, mother of two and a lifelong community-builder, she believes deeply in creating spaces where people feel genuinely welcomed, supported, and seen. She’s passionate about offering a space where parents can exhale, connect, and feel truly cared for—both in movement and in community. Amy leads with heart, humour, and the kind of relatable authenticity that instantly puts others at ease.
She also brings a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. Amy is also a certified group fitness and yoga instructor, and holds a BSc., with over a decade of teaching a wide range of fitness classes. Her journey into pre/postnatal wellness began in 2016 after the birth of her first child, when she discovered Fit Together and found not only movement but also a supportive and accountable network of “mom-friends” who were essential in her transition into motherhood. This experience shaped her philosophy that holistic wellness is not just physical—it’s emotional, social, and deeply communal.
Amy’s classes honour the mental and energetic shifts of motherhood just as much as the physical ones. Her teaching is built on whole-person well-being paired with functional, approachable movement. She guides parents with compassion and encouragement so every participant feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Her mission is simple yet empowering: to create a welcoming space where every parent feels strong, capable, and connected—to themselves and to the community around them.
Outside of coaching, you’ll find Amy adventuring with her family, experimenting in the kitchen, or connecting with nature—her go-to place for grounding and growth. For deeper, personalized support, Amy also offers 1:1 wellness coaching designed to help you reflect and honour your own needs while navigating the beautiful, demanding transition into motherhood and parenting. She looks forward to meeting you and your little ones soon.
