Join us for this special collection of fall adventures for you and baby, curated by Fit Together. We will plan 10 different outings and make all the arrangements to get you outdoors and having fun. Expect babywearing hikes, stroller walks, outdoor workouts and more at a variety of fun locations around the city. Your class leader will meet you at the starting point for each adventure and get you on your way.
This class is recommended for parents with babies 3 months and up for safety and enjoyment. You will need a soft structured baby carrier or stroller, depending on the day.
*Rain plan: if the afternoon forecast calls for heavy rains, we may cancel and offer a make-up class. We will run class in light rain and snow.
Online postnatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
Flexible make-up class policy: Need to miss a couple classes for vacation or other reasons? We've got you! Missed classes can be made up at another Fit Together class with space until December 11, 2026. Options will be provided once classes begin.
Going back to work mid-session? Switch to After Hours Fitness (evening class) to finish out your classes.

Teaches: Adventure Club
Kristen Mitteness is a Webster-certified doctor of chiropractic who believes movement is about so much more than exercise. Whether she’s hiking a local trail, strength training, chasing her toddler around the playground or exploring Manitoba with her family, she loves finding ways to make movement part of everyday life.
With over 100 hours of additional training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, BirthFit, CorePower Yoga and CrossFit, Kristen is passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. As a mom of two, she knows firsthand how powerful it is to get outside, move your body and connect with other parents who understand the joys and challenges of raising little ones.
Adventure Club brings together many of Kristen’s favourite things: babywearing, fresh air, community and exploring Winnipeg. She believes nature supports both our physical health and nervous systems and is excited to create a welcoming space where parents can build friendships while making memories with their babies.
When she’s not leading adventures or caring for patients at White Horse Family Wellness, you’ll likely find Kristen on a family walk, lifting weights, reading or planning your family’s next adventure.
Kristen can’t wait to welcome you and your little one to Adventure Club!
