Online postnatal intake form and Manitoba COVID-19 Self-Screening Tool must be completed before your first class.

COVID Precautions: Adults must be fully vaccinated to participate in this class (QR code or other government issued proof required). Masks are required in common areas. Mask use at your mat will follow up-to-date government mandates which currently say they are optional while exercising. Class size will be capped to 14 spots, participants will bring their own equipment (yoga mat and resistance band) and maintain 6 feet distance during class.
